Privacy Policy

We do not require an account or sign-in. We do not operate player-profile servers for this App, and we do not operate user-generated content features (no public chat, social feed, or player-created uploads).

Progress and settings are stored only on your device. Examples of on-device data include song progress and best scores, Full Combo records, Melody Shard balance, purchased note themes and slime skins, Conductor level, Daily Challenge streak, and settings such as difficulty rule, latency calibration, haptics, and reduced motion.

We do not ask you for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location for an account with us. We do not upload your progress to Mobpage-operated game servers because we do not operate such servers for this App.

The free version may show Google AdMob ads: banners on menu screens, an interstitial after results, and optional opt-in rewarded ads. Ads do not interrupt a performance in progress. An active Remove Ads Monthly subscription (product ID org.mobpage.pianorhythmgame.remove_ads_monthly) removes banner and interstitial ads while active; opt-in rewarded ads may still be available.

AdMob may process device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS; Advertising ID on Android), coarse device and app information, and ad-interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, and—where permitted—personalization. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, we show the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before initializing ads. If you decline tracking permission, ads are non-personalized. You can change this later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Android advertising identifier

On Android, you can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings (wording varies by manufacturer and OS version; typically under Google → Ads or Privacy).

Optional Melody Shard packs and the auto-renewing Remove Ads Monthly subscription are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Platforms may process purchase receipts and subscription status under their own privacy policies. A Restore Purchases option is provided in the App for eligible entitlements. The complete core game is playable offline. Network access is used for store purchases and restoring purchases, and for requesting ads when advertising is shown.

The App is a general-audience rhythm game with child-appealing art. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children into Mobpage-operated databases, because we do not operate an account or progress backend for this App.

Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. Parents and guardians should use store and device parental controls for purchases and tracking preferences. Where law requires consent or restrictions for children, we rely on platform controls (including ATT on iOS) and AdMob configuration; [PLACEHOLDER: confirm AdMob child-directed / under-age-of-consent flags as configured in the shipping build].

Because progress is stored on your device, deleting the App (or clearing its storage) removes that local data from the device, subject to backups you control (for example iCloud or Android backup). We do not retain a separate copy of your game progress on Mobpage servers.

Ad and store services operated by Google and Apple may process data in countries other than where you live, under those companies’ terms and safeguards. We do not operate our own cross-border player database for this App.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not hold an account profile or progress database for this App, many requests are fulfilled by (a) deleting the App / clearing local data on your device, (b) adjusting ATT / Advertising ID settings, and (c) contacting Apple or Google for purchase-related records.

California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood for this App’s on-device progress model.

We may update this Privacy Policy when monetization or platform requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when that happens. Material changes may also be noted in the App Store / Play listing where appropriate.
